The dinner tasting menu includes the right flavour combinations and the right quantities, while a carefully presented breakfast combined with great views from each single table automatically elevates the entire food experience!
The menu changes every day so don’t think twice. Order what your taste buds dictate you as you might not have a second chance. My favourite dishes? Salad, mushroom quiche and sauerkraut.
And finally, there is that unique energy! Welcoming rooms and materials make you feel at ease while there is a certain spatial flow that feels so harmonious, effortless and somehow healing. Everything just flows naturally offering a sense of visual connection. Every space simply feels so right!
