Located somewhere between Merano and Bolzano, Miil is the perfect restaurant for any season, any occasion and any time of the day – either lunch or dinner.
Housed in a converted mill, it combines rustic countryside charm with elegant dining. On a warm summer day, all the action happens outside, in the beautiful cottage-style garden. This is where you can enjoy a delicious meal together with a glass of wine and a bit of sunshine.
The vivid green ivy walls add a touch of tranquillity to the outdoor space; a kind of reminder to relax and slow down. And, if you are lucky enough, you might spot one or two hens strolling around.
Then again, on a winter evening, everything at Miil feels a bit more cozy and warm. The space is a constant dialogue between ‘then’ and ‘now’ while every single corner of the restaurant is full of character, soul.
Food is also full of character, and with a certain complexity! Always balanced and incredibly pretty, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, Miil’s culinary creations offer the right amount of freshness and flavour.
