Located in Bressanone, in the heart of the Italian Alps, AO restaurant is the manifestation of seasonal and honest fine dining. It is beyond eating creative, natural and flavourful food. It is about eating seasons in a dish – in a beautifully put together dish!
With a seasonal tasting menu but also plenty of à la carte options, dishes are curated yet minimal, creative yet pure and most importantly you know where your food comes from – including meat dishes too!
Blending international influences with regional alpine cuisine and an impeccable service with a relaxed atmosphere, there is hardly anyone, haute cuisine lover or traditional food fan, that will not feel at ease while enjoying a glass of natural wine or a dish of tortelli.
Forget any awkward, overly fancy fine dining experience you might have encountered. At AO meals have that warm feeling…a bit like eating at the family dinner table. The only difference is that every dish is super tasty, super beautiful and extremely picturesque. No wonder why I could not stop taking photos!
